These are our 2025 (held over from 2024) and 'early bird' 2026 weekly rates which are inclusive of all
US taxes.
Please note that (even though
these prices are generally much lower than the strictly fixed prices for other villas that you will see on all of the usual
villa rental web sites), discounts can sometimes be available on our prices published below. Discounts
depend on several factors which could include the size of your party, number and ages of children, length of stay, how
the booking fits with others and a number of other factors - get in touch for a quote.

If the period booked covers different
seasons, the price will usually be pro-rata on a daily basis.
Optional pool heating (recommended
October - April) is £20 per day. (See Terms and Conditions)
There is a reservation deposit of £300 or £150 per week/part week booked, whichever is greater, payable at
the time of booking. There is also a refundable security/breakages deposit of £200 payable with the balance. (See
Terms and Conditions for full details.)
Please note that for bookings of less than 7 days there is usually
a £140 cleaning charge.
